Product Description

Aluminum foil Reflective foil thermal insulation material consists of one or two layers bubble or foam. This style can be used in a variety of applications because of its thin, lightweight properties. The bubble layers creates Maximum R value and Vapor barrier , the reflective foil on both sides allow it to reflect 97% of radiant heat away from a structure on the outside and back into a structure from the insides. This is why it works effectively in both hot and cold climates.

Working Principle

The heat is an energy, transmits in three ways, conduction, convection and radiation. Through the high temperature to low temperature transfer, and ultimately achieve the dynamic balance of average temperature.

Conduction: Air is a poor conductor of heat conduction. The air layer is the best material of anti-heat conductive. Such as snow suits, blank ets, etc. are all the use of air layer
Convection: Occurs in the material, like liquid , gas. Therefore, coldings need to be installed on the high place, and heating need to be put on the ground (lower), Its principle is using of thermal convection  transmission,  to achieve uniform temperature as soon as possible
Radiation: The sun's radiation do not tansmit to the Earth through any substance.  Aluminum foil can reflect 97% of radiant heat (Emission Rate E 0.03), Aluminum foil insulation material is the best ideal to the anti-heat radiant.

Our roof aluminum foil insulation can work both in cold and hot climites. 

1.The reflective of the pure aluminum foil is 97% ,that means it can not only stop the radiant heat from the outside and also stop the warmer loss from the inside . 

2.The middle layer can slow down the heat conduction and convention greatly . 
this is why our material can work in both cold and hot climate , it can keep cooler in summer and keep warmer in winter.
